We'll start with breathwork to harness the power of your parasympathetic nervous system, to help you find that calm grounded place from within. Once we establish the breath, we'll shift into our moving meditation. Gently warming up the body, paying special attention to the neck, shoulders, hips and low back. From there we'll begin to flow in sync with our breath playing with standing postures. Eventually we'll make it onto our backs for more restorative poses to promote healing, rest and recovery. You'll end with a deeply relaxing savasana and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
