About Chef Caetano Brito
A rising chef based in the Bay Area, Chef Caetano Brito is known for his innovative take on California cuisine infused with the vibrant flavors of Brazil. With a rich cultural heritage, he brings a unique perspective to the culinary scene, blending traditional Brazilian elements with the fresh, seasonal ingredients that define California cooking.
Currently, he is honing his craft at Burdell in Oakland, where he continues to explore and refine his culinary style and interning at the iconic Chez Panisse, a cornerstone of the farm-to-table movement.
Beyond the restaurant kitchen, Chef Caetano has cultivated a diverse skill set through catering and private dining, delivering personalized culinary experiences that showcase his creativity and passion for food. With a commitment to excellence and a deep respect for both tradition and innovation, he is poised to make a lasting impact on the culinary world.
