About the Instructor:
Instructor Diane Jarmalow is the founder of Ballroom Dance Teachers' College, founder of the Metronome Ballroom in San Francisco, and author of many books on how to teach ballroom dancing. The teacher of teachers, we are very lucky to have her join us here at Hidden City Ballroom!
Per Contra Costa Requirements, please wear a mask and show proof of vaccination upon entry. 
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I would like to try out the class first before I decide to buy the series. Can I decide after I take the first class?

A: Yes, you can apply the first class fee towards purchasing a series. Just tell the receptionist after class and pay the balance.
Q: If I get sick or have to travel, can I get a refund?
A: If you let us know before you miss your class, we can give you a credit for the class in that series that you missed and you can take it next time we teach it. Also your teacher will forward you the step list so that you can review it before the next class.
Q: Do I need to wear special clothes?
A: Traditionally ballroom dancers dress nicely for class, wearing black pants or skirt and blouse. However, it is most important that your clothes are comfortable and do not restrict movement. Shoes with a flat sole, rather than sole that catches the floor, are best.
