11:30 Intro to Ballroom Terminology
This class is designed to introduce the "language" of ballroom dancing that is commonly used to describe patterns, techniques, and mechanics. Throughout the class, we will use figures (step patterns) and short drills as immediate applications of each term/action.

-Forward and Backward Walks
-CBM vs CBMP
-Sway
-Rise and Fall
-Body Turns Less/Body Completes Turn

Learn to partner more easily and effectively. "Over-leading" and passive following" are common in any form of partner dance, and this class will introduce concepts to resolve these issues.
