About Instructor
Jennifer Leong was one of the founding members of the Northern California Lindy Society that helped grow the Lindy Hop scene in San Francisco in the mid-1990s. She taught weekly classes at the Doghouse for many years, as well as several local workshops, working with internationally renowned teachers Frankie Manning and Chester Whitmore. Jennifer has performed throughout the Bay Area, and at Swing Camp Catalina. Her teaching focuses on lead-follow technique and musicality. Jennifer enjoys imparting the joys of swing dancing whenever the opportunity arises.
